Most orders are shipped either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Unframed orders will usually ship within 4 to 5 business days of order placement. Please allow 5-10 business days for framed orders to ship, depending on seasonality. All framed orders are shipped domestically via UPS Ground and require signature for delivery. We will notify you via email once an order ships.
Please make sure you have listed your correct shipping address before submitting your payment. We are not responsible for items sent to old addresses and will not refund or replace items ordered and shipped to an incorrect address. If you are paying through Paypal, be sure that you have updated your shipping address.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

All shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen and the destination address. Please note that most of the transit time is due to items being held in the receiving country's customs. Made By Girl reserves the right to reject and refund any order shipping to any country deemed difficult to delivery. Currently we are experiencing difficulty with deliveries to Brazil.
Occasionally packages will be delayed or late in delivery. If the package shows that it has been accepted by the local post office or UPS distribution center, then speed of delivery is beyond our control. If a domestic parcel has not been received within 21 days of shipping, or an international parcel within 45 days of shipping, please contact us. If the package shows as delivered to the address you provided during checkout or in Paypal and you did not get it - we are not responsible. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. No claims can be made after 48 hours. No exceptions. If for some reason there is damage or defect to your item, please take a digital photo of the item and the package and email it to email@example.com immediately to discuss resolutipon.

If you request an item to be re-shipped, we will charge the credit card or Paypal account for the retail value of the replacement shipment with the appropriate postage. If you receive multiple items and ship one back unopened, we will refund one of the charges.
It is not our responsibility to track every item. If an item appears to be delayed, we highly recommend contacting your local post office to see if it has already been delivered.
We are not responsible for packages that show as delivered that are left outside your door, with a concierge or neighbor, or any other receiving party. We are also not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses, so please be sure to check your shipping address before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for duties and taxes for shipments to countries outside of the United States. Items are shipped with the lowest possible replacement value declared but all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and/or purchaser. Please note that it is illegal for us to mark such shipments as "used items." Items must be shipped at replacement value to insure against damages. If a shipment to an international destination is refused by the buyer/recipient, we will not provide a refund for the abandoned package, nor have it shipped back to us since that would double the shipping cost. If we accept shipment back to Made By Girl, we will charge any additional shipping costs plus a 10% restocking fee.
